What will be included in my race pack?

Your race pack should include your runner number, timing chip, baggage label and runner guide. In addition to this, you can also find a selection of useful information on the event website.

What should I do when I receive my race pack?

When you receive your race pack, the first thing you should do is complete the Runner Information on the reverse of your number. It is important to do this prior to race day as you may not have time
on the morning of the event. You should also read the Runners Guide carefully, as this contains all
important information regarding race day, and is designed to make your day as enjoyable as possible.
Please also check that your race number and timing chip number are identical. If it is different please contact Run For All immediately on 0113 216 2085 or e-mail info@runforall.com

What do I do with my timing chip?

In order to receive an official race time, you MUST wear your timing chip on your shoe lace. There are instructions on how to correctly attach your timing chip to your shoe lace on the timing chip envelope.
If you do not wear your chip, if your chip is located anywhere else on your person other than your shoe lace, or your chip is not securely fastened and falls off through throughout the race, you will
not receive a race time. We ask kindly that you return your race chip following the event at the Chip Removal Area. Failure to do so has a direct cost implication as the event looses the return deposit from the chip timing company.

I sent my application by post but have not received any confirmation of a place. Should I be worried?

The cashing of cheques is recognised as an indication that your entry has been received. Providing your profile fits our criteria (e.g. minimum 15 years old on race day and no illness which would
preclude taking part) your entry will be accepted. Please note that given the volume of entries it may take up to two weeks to process your cheques. Fundraising packs which have been requested will be
issued as soon as possible.
